 “Come Together” - THE BRITISH INVASION in aide of Men’s Mental Health

WHO Agencies is proudly binding together with a vast majority of our local community from musicians, surfers, artists, barbers, designers, photographers, mental health organizations & media to present this amazing evening.

After receiving the news that a close friend had gone into remission, from his previous diagnosis of terminal Cancer.  Although blessed with this great news he was still living the daily battle of fighting life with Depression and Mental Illness… so the crew at WHO Agencies thought what better way to make a difference then raise some funds to help others.

We have officially aligned with an amazing organisation called Surfers Against Suicide, who will be reciprocates of funds raised on this night.

WHO’S goal is to raise awareness and join forces with S.A.S and YOU for our British Invasion Tribute/Fundraiser;

 “Come Together” - THE BRITISH INVASION in aide of Men’s Mental Health

The event will be based around a tribute night, 8 bands each selecting 3 tracks from either The Beatles or The Rolling Stones, these bands will perform during the night as a tribute and in turn provide the entertainment for the evening. Couple this with other activities such as pay what you feel barber, kindly donated by Lino D'Adderion from Luigi and Sons with all donations going directly to S.A.S, to hula-hoop entertainers and unique stalls (i.e. wooden bowties) all of this will help us round out an amazing night of music, fundraising and awareness of one of our societies silent killers. A cause that has touched so many of our lives.

You may know of someone who has or is having difficulties with work, finances, relationship break downs, cancer diagnosis, these are just a few of the triggers that can be linked to or contribute to the challenges of mental health.

And, if these challenges are left unchecked or not monitored, this illness can take a serious toll on our men…. SUICIDE SHOULD NEVER BE AN OPTION – TALKING SHOULD BE!!

Together, “WE” can all help raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention. LET’S promote a sense of strength to surround our MEN, to help them feel that it is ok to speak up. Now we would like to get you on board in whatever means you feel able to assist. No matter how big or how small or simply even promoting the event through your networks all furthers the cause!
